2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and 777ae. By completing the 777ae account registration process, clicking any "Accept", "Register", or "Login" button on the 777ae platform, or by placing any wager or making any deposit, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2.2 777ae reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 777ae will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their 777ae account. The updated Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication on the 777ae platform unless a later effective date is specified.
2.3 The Player's continued use of the 777ae platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of such amendments. If the Player does not accept the revised Terms, the Player must immediately cease using the 777ae platform and may request account closure by contacting 777ae customer support.
2.4 These Terms shall be read together with the 777ae Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms applicable to a given promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active 777ae account, the Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:
3.1 Identity Verification: 777ae operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All Players are required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) to verify their identity and age. 4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the 777ae platform. 777ae maintains systems to detect duplicate accounts created using the same CNIC, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household address. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
4.2 Accuracy of Information: The Player warrants that all information provided during 777ae account registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and truthful. The Player must promptly update their account information should any details change. 777ae shall not be liable for any loss arising from the Player's provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
4.3 Account Security: The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 777ae account username and password. The Player must not disclose their login credentials to any third party. All activities conducted through a Player's 777ae account — whether authorised by the Player or not — are the sole responsibility of the account holder. 777ae will never request the Player's password via any communication channel.
4.4 Suspected Unauthorised Access: If a Player suspects that their 777ae account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify 777ae immediately via the customer support live chat. 777ae may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.
5.1 All deposits to a 777ae account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ae accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. 777ae reserves the right to modify, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 (five hundred rupees) per transaction. Maximum single-deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the 777ae account cashier section.
5.3 Own Funds Requirement: The Player warrants that all funds deposited to their 777ae account are their own and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your 777ae account, is strictly prohibited.
5.4 No Deposit Interest: 777ae does not pay interest on player account balances, regardless of how long funds remain on deposit.
5.5 Failed Transactions: In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have left the Player's payment account, the Player must contact 777ae customer support with transaction confirmation details. 777ae will investigate and, where verified, credit the correct amount. This process may take up to 3 business days.
6.1 Withdrawals from a 777ae account may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777ae account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.
6.2 Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within thirty (30) minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business days. VIP-tier account holders benefit from priority processing, typically under five (5) minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.
6.3 KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player has successfully completed the 777ae identity verification process, including submission of a valid CNIC. 777ae may request additional verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large-value transactions or where the Player's account has not previously completed a withdrawal.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 (one thousand rupees). Maximum daily withdrawal limits are specified in the Player's account settings and vary by account verification level.
6.5 Wagering Requirement Prerequisite: Where a Player holds an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements, withdrawal of Real Money Balance funds associated with a bonus may be restricted until wagering requirements are satisfied, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
7.1 777ae may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the 777ae promotions page at the time the offer is active.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: All 777ae bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the associated deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. 7.3 One Bonus at a Time: A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless 777ae explicitly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation may result in all such bonuses being forfeited.
7.4 Bonus Abuse: 777ae strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, arbitrage betting with the intent to exploit bonus terms, or any other strategy that 777ae, at its sole discretion, determines constitutes an abuse of its promotional offers. 777ae reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
7.5 Bonus Expiry: All 777ae bonuses are subject to an expiry period, detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus balances and free spin entitlements not used within the specified period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account without replacement or compensation.
8.1 RNG Certification: All 777ae casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 8.4 Disconnection during Live Play: If a Player is disconnected from a live casino table mid-game due to an internet connection failure, the hand or round will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's default rules. 777ae shall not be liable for disconnection losses due to the Player's internet service provider or device failure.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777ae platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure without compensation:
11.1 777ae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account — without prior notice — in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) the Player's failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe; (d) 777ae being required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (e) for any other reason that 777ae, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient justification.
11.2 Upon permanent closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance (Real Money or Bonus) held in the account shall be forfeited without compensation or appeal. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a Player-initiated closure — the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
11.3 Player-Initiated Closure: A Player may request closure of their 777ae account at any time by contacting customer support. Players who self-exclude may not open a new 777ae account during the self-exclusion period.
12.1 The 777ae platform and all services provided thereunder are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777ae makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the suitability of any particular game for any particular purpose.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ae's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the 777ae platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 777ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the 777ae platform, even where 777ae has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777ae's liability for death or personal injury caused by 777ae's gross negligence or fraud.
13.1 777ae collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a 777ae account, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 777ae implements technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect Player personal and financial data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures are reviewed and updated regularly.
13.3 777ae will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: payment processors required to facilitate transactions, identity verification service providers, regulatory authorities where required by law, and fraud prevention agencies.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777ae holds its International Gaming License.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and 777ae, the Player should first raise the matter with 777ae customer support via live chat or email. 777ae aims to resolve all disputes informally within five (5) business days of the complaint being received.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by 777ae's licensing authority. The licensing authority's determination shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
14.4 Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
